HWNT-RGV “Lady in Red” Scholarship Gala was created for the women of the Rio Grande Valley to have an opportunity to give back to the next generation of Latina leaders in a fun and unique way! The proceeds from this program will provide the financial foundation of the Latinas in Progress Scholarship program, which is why our Ladies in Red are also known as Madrinas.
